Introduction
I made my move from Olympia, Washington to Buffalo, New York, leaving about 5:00 PM on a Wednesday night. At the last minute, Ron Eggleton (friend, fellow filmmaker, activist, and Buffalo native now living in Olympia) decided to jump aboard. He ended up logging 85% of the miles behind the wheel. We drove 24 hours straight to Rapid City, South Dakota, ate a big dinner, stayed overnight, ate breakfast at lunchtime, got sidetracked for 3 hours at Wall Drug, then drove 30 hours straight to arrive in Buffalo at 10:00 PM on Saturday night - just in time to see a Pink Floyd cover band at Nietzche's.
These photos are a very incomplete chronicle of the trip, but at least its something.
